hi again, from Paris still!!
These past few days have been a whirlwind. We've done so much, we can barely keep up with ourselves!
Yesterday we went to Notre Dame, which words really can't describe. It was one of those moments when you feel really, really small and insignificant. It was absolutely incredible. Incredible. Then we went to Starbucks because it was sooooo cold and windy and snowy!! We warmed up and then headed to the Centre Pompideu, which was definitely cool to see. I've had lots of opportunities to use my French, asking for directions and things, which has been really fun.
Last night we watched rugby in the bar connected to our hostel- for about 20 minutes- the men here are unbelievable! They literally have no sense of staring and rudeness! It's not even flattering, it's just really uncomfortable, so we left pretty quickly!
Today was amazing. We spent the whole day at The Louvre. I was not disappointed!! What an amazing place to see. The architecture is so beautiful and there's so much amazing art, you don't even know where to begin. It was pretty overwhelming, in a good way. When we got back we went to a creperie near our hostel and had delicious crepes for dinner! When in Rome... Ha!
All for now, I'm about to curl up with my book. Hope all is well, guys! Au revior!
